Individualized training in a private setting in studio or at home, short-term or long-term.

The first session is an assessment, where the client’s medical history and current fitness status are examined and discussed.  Sessions take place in a private setting, where everything is catered to the individual providing a comfortable, welcoming and non-threatening atmosphere.  The program developed after the assessment is customized to meet the specific needs and goals of the client.  Clients can choose to meet with Amy at a frequency that best suites their schedule and training needs.
